RAWALPINDI:The City Traffic Police (CTP) has imposed fines amounting to Rs21 million on errant motorists for parking their vehicles incorrectly last year.This was disclosed by Rawalpindi Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Muhammad Bin Ashraf in a statement on Monday.
