In just one week, three Ulta Beauty stores have been targeted in shoplifting schemes at three different locations: Mount Pleasant, Brookfield, and most recently, Menomonee Falls.  MILWAUKEE 鈥?The Milwaukee Police Department reported eight people were shot overnight in six separate shooting across Milwaukee, all non-fatal.A 56-year man and a 40-year-old man were both shot on Oct. 14 at about 6:55 p.m. on the 2100 block of W. Capitol Dr. Police say they drove themselves to the hospital. A 31-year-old man was shot while walking on Oct. 14 at about 6:55 p.m. on the 3100 block of W. Hampton Ave. He was taken to a hospital by a passing driver.
