 PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. 鈥?Crews are making progress on the Gateway Expressway Project, which began in 2017. Theyre working to make sure this project gets done by early 2023, despite the pandemic.  Despite it being an  off year  for federal elections, a grass roots effort to register new voters netted 400,000  citizens to register to vote last week.
