Wednesday聽afternoon, the GOP-controlled Senate Courts of Justice Committee refused to consider certifying Virginia Supreme Court Justice Jane Marum Roush.Senator Donald McEachin D-Henrico moved that the committee certify the sitting justice. The committee chair immediately ruled the motion out of order.
