The vehicle failed to yield and a pursuit was initiated, according to the KSP.The fleeing subject, identified as 32-year-old Jeffrey Paradise, from Corbin, entered the parking lot of the Cumberland Gap Apartment complex. Paradise exited the vehicle while it was still moving and th car collided with a parked vehicle, the KSP said in a statement.Paradise fled on foot behind an apartment building and was found hiding behind a building and was armed, the KSP said.
