 PRESQUE ISLE 鈥?Richard Dick B. Knight, 73, devoted husband and beloved father, passed away Wednesday night, April 27, 2011, after a brief illness. Dick was born Aug. 16, 1937, in Presque Isle, son of Bernard and Christine  Estes  Knight.Dick graduated from Presque Isle High School in 1956. He attended Aroostook State Teachers College, Presque Isle. He devoted most of his life to farming. Dick worked on the family farm with his father and brother for a number of years. He was a member of Presque Isle Elks Lodge 1954.Dick is survived by his loving wife, Patricia  Desjardin  Knight; and his daughter, Brenda Knight Ward and her special friend, Dan Noble. In addition to his immediate family, he is survived by his brother, Robert Knight and wife, Simone; brother, Gary Knight and wife, Joy, all of Presque Isle; and siste stanley cup (https://www.stanley-quencher.co.uk) r, Marilyn Casey of Portage. Dick has several nieces and nephews that will remember him fondly. Dick was predeceased by his parents; and a very special brother-in-law, Patrick Desjardin.
