OLD TOWN 鈥?Richard Dick Kochis, 81, passed away peacefully Feb. 8, 2011, at his residence, after a long battle with cancer. He was born Jan. 7, 1930, in Lisbon Falls, son of John H. and Elizabeth Margitan Kochis.Dick graduated from Lisbon High School, Class of 1948. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force for a three- stanley cup (https://www.stanleycups.ro) year period ending in 1951. Dick graduated from the University of Connecticut where he earned a degree in pharmacy. He worked his entire career as a pharmacist. Dick first owned and operated State Street Drug, Bangor, for three years, and then worked at Liggetts Rexall Drug Store for the next 23 years.
