The UK Film Council s New Cinema Fund has announced four new investments, including new projects from Under The Skin director Carine Adler and One Day In September producer John Battsek.Carine Adler will write and direct Finding Out, a love story set in a small English seaside town about a lonely adolescent girl and an older man with a past he is trying to hide.
