Titre: UAE FAB balance inquiry showing wrong available balance in app

Hi everyone, I’m having a weird issue with my FAB account balance inquiry and I’m not sure if it’s normal or if something is stuck on their side.

Since yesterday evening, my FAB mobile app is showing one balance on the home screen, but when I open the account details it shows a different available balance. The ledger balance looks correct, but the available balance is lower by a few hundred AED even though I don’t have any pending card transactions showing.

I also tried checking through online banking and it’s the same situation there. I restarted the app, cleared cache, logged out and logged back in, but it didn’t change.

Has anyone had this happen with FAB before? Is there some kind of hold that doesn’t show as pending, or does FAB sometimes take time to refresh the available balance properly? I’m asking because I need to do a transfer today and I don’t want it to fail because of this mismatch.
