Hi everyone,
I’m a radiologist and a mom of two, and trying to coordinate childcare with my on-call schedule is a nightmare. I never know if I’m going to be home for dinner or if I’ll be stuck at the clinic until midnight.
My sister-in-law has been a huge help, but I feel guilty always asking her for last-minute favors. I’m trying to reorganize my professional life to have more predictable "duty" blocks.
