I’ve been exploring different paths into medicine after realizing that my original plan might not work out the way I expected. During my research, I came across a Caribbean school of medicine (https://www.windsor.edu/caribbean-medical-school/) that seems to attract students from all kinds of backgrounds. The information on the website looks encouraging, but I know there’s often a big difference between marketing and the actual student experience. For those who have studied at a Caribbean program or know someone who has, what was the biggest advantage and biggest challenge? Would you recommend this route to someone who is serious about becoming a doctor?
