Hi everyone,
I’m planning our company's annual awards gala next month, and I am desperately trying to figure out how to keep our employees engaged past dinner.
In previous years, the second the main course is cleared, half the staff quietly sneaks out the back door to catch an early Uber home, leaving the final award presentations looking completely empty and depressing.
We have a solid DJ and a free bar, but the overall itinerary just feels so stiff and predictable. What unique entertainment elements or interactive activities can we introduce to actually make people want to stay?
Thanks in advance.

The key to keeping people around is making them feel like stars of the show rather than passive audience members! One brilliant tactic we used at our last marketing summit was creating highly energetic, fast-paced recaps that we projected live near the end of the night.
People absolutely loved staying to see if they made the final cut. If you want to see exactly how to structure your timeline and build dynamic content that keeps energy levels sky-high, checking out some professional examples of modern Corporate event videos (https://carrieevansphoto.com/corporate-event-videos-phoenix/) will give you plenty of actionable inspiration!
