I've been using this product for about two weeks now and I have to say I'm pretty impressed with the results. The initial setup was a bit confusing, but once I figured it out the whole experience became so much smoother. My only complaint is that the customer service took forever to respond to my first question, but they were actually really helpful when they did. Overall I'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something in this category. Hopefully they improve their response times because that's really the only thing holding them back from being perfect.
