I've been seeing a lot of ads about small payment cash conversion services lately, and honestly I'm pretty skeptical about most of them. The fees they charge seem way too high when you actually do the math, sometimes taking 10-20% of what you're trying to convert. I understand why people might be tempted to use these services when they need quick cash, but it feels like a slippery slope that can get expensive really fast. Has anyone actually used these services and found them worthwhile, or are they pretty much always a bad deal? I'd be curious to hear if there are any legitimate ones out there that don't completely rip you off.
