aj4 ered to patients in the emergency ward at Layyah District Headquarter Hospital.The drug testing laboratory maintained that Ostinac injections, supplied by the Punjab government s medical depot store, were substandard. However, the injections were administered to patients prior to the laboratory s approval.Drug Inspector Dilshad Zaman informed the hospital s MS Dr Attiqur Rehman. Drug inspectors also seized the remaining 15,120 injections. The pharmacy issued the injections before the laboratory s report.
