KANSAS CITY, Mo. 鈥?Kansas City, Missouri, police said a 36-year-old man was the victim of a weekend shooting at East 31st Street and Prospect Avenue.Just after 3 a.m. Sunday, police were called to the area where they witnessed numerous people firing gunshots at a vehicle and a person, according to a police department statement.
