 COLLEGE PARK, Md 鈥?A man with no University of Maryland affiliation was arrested on campus on Sunday after reports that he had made a student touch him inappropriately. A woman who is a student at UMD told police she was walking along Fieldhouse Drive approaching the Stamp Student Union when a man came up to her and put his arm around her. The man, later identified as 26-year-old Patrick Craig Locke, then reportedly grabb stanley portugal ed the woman s hand and placed it on his groin.
