 Ontario is reporting 4,736 new COVID-19 cases, a record-high daily COVID-19 case count, and 29 more deaths, according to its latest report released Thursday morning.The seven-day average is at 4,208 cases daily, a record for the third wave, or 202 weekly per 100,000, a record-high stanley isolierkanne  since the start of the pandemic.
