 The Town of Oakville is eyeing a 2 per cent property tax increase for 2020.The proposed increase was discussed by town staff during a Tuesday, Nov. 19 meeting of the 2020 Budget Committee.During a presentation by the towns manager of financial planning Catherine Hewitson, it was noted the increase to the towns portion of the tax bill would actually be 3.08 per cent.
