Applications can be submitted from Oct. 1 to Oct. 8, 2020.According to the program, established City of Milwaukee businesses with 20 or fewer Full Time Equivalent employees and annual revenue of more than $0 and less than $2 million will be eligible to participate.Businesses that previously received Restart grants are invited to apply again, but no business can receive a combined total of more than $25,000, according to the city.Grantees can use money to pay for rent and utilities, winterizing outdoor spaces, purchasing personal protective equipment, restocking
