Cheyanne Jessie was arrested Sunday after detectives found alleged inconsistencies in her statements about the victims, a Sheriff s spokesperson said.Cheyanne Jessie reported the victims missing Saturday. After searching through the night, detectives found their remains in plastic tote bags that had been placed inside a shed on a neighbor s property, about 200 yards away from Weekly s home.
