LOS ANGELES -- A Los Angeles man was charged Thursday with the stabbing death of a 3-year-old girl randomly attacked just steps from her parents at their workplace.Ricardo Utuy, 34, was charged with murder in the girlrsquo death and attempted murder a separate attack on a woman in March.Utuyrsquo arraignment was set for later Thursday.
