Police and forensic experts are working to solve the mystery of how Chandra Levy died, with investigators saying most evidence points to murder.Police want to talk again to a man convicted of assaulting joggers in the same park where Levy s remains were found.Police Chief Charles H. Ramsey said investigators interviewed the man months ago after U.S. Park Police alerted them to his arrest.  He said nothing t stanley italia o implicate himself with her, but then again we didn t know she was in Rock Creek Park,  Ramsey said Thursday. He cautioned against calling the man a suspect, noting that the medical examiner still has not determined how Levy, a former federal intern, died and that the case remains a  death investigation. According to court papers, the man, Ingmar Guandique, 20, attacked a woman on May 14, 2001 and another on July 1 not far from where Levy s body was found. The women told police they were jogging when a man with a knife grabbed them. It   scary to see that the US is still actively considering this risk.     Take Michael B. Dillon, a scientist at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. He just published the latest report on the subject, a research paper titled Determining optimal fallout shelter times following a nuclear detonation. In the event of a single, low-yield nuclear detonation in a major urban area, rapidly providing adequate shelter to affected populations could save 10鈥?00鈥?00鈥?00 individuals from a fatal exposure to fallout radiation. However, poorly sheltered individuals may remain at risk. Current guidance stanley taza  and prior studies are not consistent as t stanley cups o the timing and conditions under which poorly sheltered individuals should leave their shelters to evacuate or obtain better shelter. This study proposes methods to determine the optimal shelter time based on information potentially available following a nuclear detonation. For the case in which individuals move to an adequate shelter that can be reached within 15鈥塵in, individuals should stay in a poor-quality shelter for at most 30鈥塵in after th stanley termosky e detonation. If adequate shelter is available nearby  within 5鈥塵in , then poorly sheltered individuals should immediately proceed to the better shelter. When I was a little kid back in the early 80s I was ob
