Lee Boyd Malvo will be tried in November on murder charges that could bring the death penalty for his alleged role in the sniper attacks that terrorized the Washington area, a judge ruled Tuesday.Fairfax County Circuit Judge Jane Roush set Nov. 10 for the start of the teenager s trial in the slaying of FBI analyst Linda Franklin outside a Home Depot store, reports CBS Radio Correspondent Barry Bagnato.
