 Folks who are in the Bay Area tonight can stop by San Francisco   Cartoon Art Museum, where artist J.H. Williams III will be talking about Sandman: Overture and offering a sne stanley cup ak peek at the second issue.     The Cartoon Art Museum has been running its 2 stanley cup 5th anniversary celebration of Neil Gaiman   comic series Sandman since October, and the exhibition will continue through April 27th. Williams will be at the museum from 7pm to 9pm tonight to discuss his process and experiences from working on Sandman. Tickets are $15 and available in advance.
