 Approximately 380 manufacturing jobs are expected to be lost after todays announcement that Campbell Soup Company will be closing its south Etobicoke plant.In a statement released on Jan. 24, the company said the closure of the 87-year-old Toronto manufacturing facility 鈥?which will take place in phases over the next 18 months 鈥?will improve the operational efficiency of its North American thermal supply chain network.Ana Dominguez, president of Campbell Canada, informed employees of the closure during a meeting hel stanley becher d at the plant earlier in the day.               ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW                                         Today is a tough day,  Dominguez said in the statement.  We are committed to treating our employees with the respect and fairness they deserve.
