 Ontario is opening up its provincial parks and conservation reserves, but conservation areas are closed.On Saturday, May 9, Premier Doug Ford announced that 520 provincial parks and provincial conservation reserves would be open beginning Monday, May 11 for limited day-use activities.The remaining 115 parks and conservation reserves will open May 15, just in time for the Victoria Day long weekend.               ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW                                        At this time, all provincial parks and conservation reserves will not be open for camping and all buildings will be closed to the public.      Provincial conservation parks and reserves are not the same  stanley cup as conservation areas.        ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW                                  The provinces announcement does not apply to conservation areas, which are owned by conservation authorities,  Credit Valley Conservation  CVC  said in a statement.The statement also said that CVC is starting a planned, phased reopening of most of its properties stanley cup , including checking trails stanley cup  for hazards and safety concerns, removing barriers, changing park signage and other measures.               ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW                                        Staff continue to enforce the closures, according to CVC.
