 The city is allowing Adamson Barbecue to reopen for takeout and delivery services. The restaurants Etobicoke location was previously shut down for defying the citys ban on indoor dining.According to a City of Toronto press release, the lifting of the shutdown order is contingent on compliance with the citys business licensing bylaw and passing a DineSafe inspection.The owner of Adamson Barbecue, Adam Skelly, has operated his original Leaside location without a business licence for four years.               ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW                                        Skelly and his business stepped into the spotlight in November after his refusal to close his Etobicoke location for in-person dining during the lockdown.      Toronto Public Health ordered the restaurant stanley cup  closed on Nov. 24.
