 PARRY SOUND 鈥?Two stanley thermos  local residents and two officers all received citations for bravery for their actions during an apartment fire last year.On May 22, 2015, a fire broke  stanley thermosflasche out in an apartmen stanley water jug t building shortly after 1:30 a.m.; Joseph Dixon and Tori Tabobondung were driving by when they saw the flames. They began to warn tenants and activated the fire alarm,  said OPP commissioner Vince Hawkes.  The tenants began to escape, but one resident, who was seen lying on the floor, did not answer and the door to his unit was locked.                ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW                                        At that point OPP Csts. Kyle Ney and Jason Winser arrived on the scene and, finding the door handle of the unit warm, used a ram to break through the locked door.Another officer used an extinguisher to suppress the flames while Ney and Winser tried to enter the apartment to assist the resident who was later pronounced dead.        ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW                                  Unfortunately, thick black smoke and heat was emanating from the unit and the officers were forced to evacuate,  Hawkes said.On Oct. 28, Dixon and Tabobondung joined Ney and Winser at the podium during the OPP North East Region Awards Ceremony in North Bay where the four were presented with the Commissions Citation for Bravery.               ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW                                        Hawkes said the citation is awarded to individuals who show exemplary bravery.                ARTIC Eyvw Case not made    for cyberspy powers: study
