stanley cup Wasson, 90, passed away Friday, Oct. 21, 2011, at a Bangor nursing facility, after a brief illness. She was born March 3, 1921, in Fort Fairfield, daughter of Daniel R. and Margaret L. Sanderson Sparks.Elizabeth was a lifelong resident of Fort Fairfield, attended local schools and was a member of Community Wesleyan Church, Fort Fairfield.In addition to her
stanley canada parents, she was predeceased by her first husband, Clowes A. Seeley; her second husband, Harold P. Wasson; and one sister, Barbara Holton. Mrs. Wasson is survived by three daughters, Geneva Alexander and her husband, William, of Rock Hill, S.C., Christine Palmer of Fort Fairfield and Leona Forkel of Delmar, N.Y.; one brother, Daniel Sparks of Springfield, Pa.; two sisters, Annie Lawrence of Presque Isle and Evelyn Clark of Fort Fairfield; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.Private graveside service will be conducted at Fairmount Cemetery, Presque Is
