Police recently concluded Project Wander 鈥?focusing on the distribution of cocaine and fentanyl in and around Halton Region 鈥?arresting two suspects.Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrants were executed at a Halton Hills residence in the area of No. 10 Sideroad and Tenth Line, and at a Mississauga condominium and self storage unit between Sept. 6 and 7.Halton police say they seized 60 oxycodone pills, 1.5 kilograms of methamphetamine, and just less than 1 kilogram of purple fentanyl and cocaine. Others items, including a loaded Glock 27 prohibited compact handgun, bundled Canadian currency in excess of $20,000, money counters, cutting agents and digital scales, were also seized.
