If Spotify is not pairing with Alexa, start by checking your internet connection on both devices. Open the Alexa app, go to Settings > Music & Podcasts, and disable Spotify, then enable it again. Log in with the correct Spotify account and make sure it’s set as the default music service. Updating the Alexa app and Spotify app can also fix common bugs. Try saying, “Alexa, play music on Spotify,” to reinitiate the
spotify pair process. If the issue continues, unlink and relink Spotify or restart your Echo device for a fresh connection.
