 The maker of Botox says the use of the drug is on the rise.AbbVie, the company that makes Botox, says that sales of the drug surpassed $1 billion in the first nine months of 2021. In 2020, Botox sales totaled about $600 million during that same time frame.Dermatologist Dr. Annelise Dawson says her office started to see a substantial rise in patients requesting Botox around mid-2021.
