 A search warrant that cleared the way for theraid of a Kansas newspaperlast Friday has been withdrawn, according toScripps News Kansas City.Marion County Attorney Joel Ensey withdrew the warrant that served as the basisfor the raidof the  stanley cup Marion County Record, conducted by the Marion Police Department.
