Hey everyone, I've been thinking about switching to a standing desk for a while now and finally took the plunge last week. My back feels so much better already, and I'm not dealing with that afternoon slump like I used to. The transition was a bit awkward at first since I kept wanting to sit down, but after a few days it became pretty natural. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who sits at a computer all day, just give yourself time to adjust and maybe invest in a good anti-fatigue mat. Has anyone else made the switch and noticed similar improvements?
