You could call it  temporary insanity,  I guess,  Azain told the jurors. The panel took 30 minutes to find Azain liable for defamation of character in the civil case.Edward Andre stanley polska  Richitelli, Gifford s lawyer, said Azain sent copies of the manuscript to Rising Sun Middle School, where Gifford, 52, taught sixth grade, to the Cecil County Public Schools  administrative office, to Gifford s mother and to her adult children.        Richitelli produced medical test results showing neither Gifford nor Azain has HIV. The bipolar claim was unsupported. The jury Monday awarded Gifford $50,000 in punitive damages and $2,000 in compensatory damages.                                                                         ponent--type-recirculation .item:nth-child 5          display: none;             inline-recirc-item--id-93f3c938-8c88-11e2-b06b-024c619f5c3d,  right-rail-recirc-item--id-93f3c938-8c88-11e2-b06b-024c619f5c3d         display: none;             inline-recirc-item--id-93f3c938-8c88-11e2-b06b-024c619f5c3d ~  stanley cup .item:nth-child 5          display: block;       Kqhv Carnival Cruise Lines says 6-year-old boy drowned in pool at sea
We ;ve blown our chances of fully counteracting the effects of climate change; recently-released reports from the International Energy Agency and the UN Environment Programme  UNEP  provide plenty of evidence. But all hope is not yet lost, we ;ve still got a small chance to keep from irreversibly poisoning our atmosphere. Here   what the world   governments must do to save the Earth before we cook ourselves clean off the face of the planet.     The Problem with the Planet This issue isn ;t nearly as cut and dry as an episode of Captain Planet would have you believe鈥攖here are actuall stanley thermosflasche y a number in interrelated phenomena, each contributing to it   own aspect of climate change. That means problem cannot be solved by just one change; each in stanley cup dividual troublemaker has to be addressed simultaneously in order to halt climate change in time. Global Warming It   getting downright sweltering a stanley cup ll up in this Mother Earth. While the UN has set an ambitious goal of limiting total global warming to just 2 degrees C over pre-industrial levels, a number of recent studies鈥攐ne from within the UN itself鈥攈ave suggested that we may have already missed our shot at accomplishing that. In order to halt global warming by the 2 degree C mark, global emissions per nation would have to start coming down by 2020, with a peak no greater than 44 gigatons. And since even the most stringent plans miss that target by 6 to 12 gigatons, it   simply not going to happen,
