ANCHORAGE - A man attacked a snowplow with an ax in a fit of road rage, causing $200 worth of damage, authorities said.Snowplow driver James Ross told troopers that a man, later identified as Vernon Logan, ran in front of his vehicle on Nov. 6, forcing Ross to slam on his breaks, according to the Anchorage Daily News. The man then swore and asked Ross what he was doing, and then began to hack at the snowplow driver s door with an ax. Ross drove away, fearful for his life.
