Seera Company announced the signing of an agreement to develop hotels in cooperation with “Kaden” Investment Company. This partnership aims to establish a project to develop and manage mid-range hotels. With a number of projects that Kaden Investment Company is developing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Kaden Investment Company is working on developing several projects related to the real estate sector in the Kingdom. The most prominent of which are the Riyadh Front project and The Logistics Park project.
The company explained that the new joint venture will be one of the most prominent contributors to the hospitality sector in the Kingdom. The hotel's strategic location will be part of Riyadh's interface for hosting businesses. It is a central complex designated for local and international institutions. The hotel will be surrounded by a number of huge projects under construction, including a residential neighborhood and a national real estate development company.
