 A man was shot by police officers early Monday morning after they say he was charging at them with a knife.Troopers were called to the 200 block of Hall Drive around 1:15 a.m. after a mother asked for help getting her son to the hospital. She told police that when she tried to take her son, 38-year-old Justin Marshall, to the hospital he j stanley cup umped out of the car and ran away.When police got to the home on Hall Drive they were not able to find Marshall, so they told stanley cup  hismother to call police when he got back home.
