 BALTIMORE COUNTY 鈥?Baltimore County Police are investigating a crash that left one man dead.Just after 9:30 p.m. on Sunday, police responded to Wilkens Avenue and I-695 in the Wilkens precinct for a deadly crash. Crash Team investigators determined that a 2018 Kia Optima was traveling eastbound on Wilkens Avenue towards I-695. A 2019 Toyota Highlander was making a left turn from westbound Wilkens Avenue onto the southbound I-695 ramp. Police say the Kia failed to stop at a red traffic light, hit the Toyota on the passenger side, and then hit a pole.The passenger of the Kia, 31-year-old Matthew Jacob Grosscup, was pronounced dead on the scene.The driver of the Kia and the driver of the Toyota both suffered non-life threatening injuries and were taken to an area hospital.
