BOZEMAN 鈥?A Browning man was arrested on Saturday after allegedly admitting to drinking alcohol before crashing on Bozeman Pass with his 4-year-old daughter in his vehicle.Jared Daniel Webber, 31, appeared in Gallatin County Justice Court on Monday, charged with criminal child endangerment.According to court documents, Webber crashed his vehicle around mile marker 17 on I-90 westbound. yeezy alcohol, and had red, watery eyes.Court documents state that Webber then admitted to drinking alcohol before the crash, and the trooper conducted field sobriety tests that indicated Webber was under the influence.The trooper said Webber refused to submit to a breath test, after which the trooper obtained a telephonic search warrant to take a blood sample. Webber was transported to the Gallatin County Detention Center after the trooper drew his blood.Webbers bail was set at $2,000, and he could face up to 10 years in prison on the child endangerment charge.
