Marc and Gloria Flora argued they have a legal easement to cross 60 feet of Turk Road as it passes through the properties of Katie Wessel and John Mehan, and Dennis Shaw and Linda Koontz.However, Wessel and Mehan claimed that because their deed does not detail the easement, the Floras dont have a right to cross the property.But according to court documents, the Floras presented a chain evidence from the 1970s to the 2000s that detail the easements allowing other property owners in the area to use that road to access their properties.This is not the only Turk Road property dispute Katie Wessel and John
