 A 22-year-old of no fixed address is facing serious driving charges after police say they tried to flee the scene af stanley website ter a crash.On Oct. 13, Wellington County OPP responded to a two-vehicle collision on Highway 7, west of Wellington Road 32. The crash involved a pickup truck and a 2016 sedan, both travelling west toward Kitchener.Officers said the truck was driving ahea vaso stanley d of the sedan when it slo stanley tumblers wed to turn left. Police said the sedan was seen weaving back and forth within the lane and as the truck slowed, the sedan hit it, causing both vehicles to slide off the road.               ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW                                        Officers said the driver of the sedan accelerated into the pickup truck and then drove toward a passenger that had exited the truck. Police said there was contact between the sedan and the passenger, but no injuries were reported.This sedan came to a stop when the driver of the truck got of the vehicle, reached into the sedan and put it in neutral, officers said.        ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW                                 After speaking to the driver of the sedan, police arrested them on suspicion of impairment by drug and transported them to a nearby police station for further drug testing.A 22-year-old is facing charges of operation of a vehicle while impaired by drug, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop at an accident and driving without a licence. The vehicle was impounded for seven days and a 90-day drivers lic
