He was given his nickname of Beef by his first coach and it has stuck ever since. Playing field lacrosse in the spring, Liam has been a part of teams winning two silver and two gold medals, the most recent this spring. In the summertime, Liam plays on the Mimico Box team, travelling around the province proudly displaying the M on his chest.
