At first, he wanted to go to a bank, but she reminded him it was Thanksgiving and banks were closed. The defendant had the victim drive to where his drug dealer was located, and he also made the victim drink some whiskey he had purchased. The victim said she didn t remember anything until waking up the next morning.According to the complaint, the victim s phone, used by the defendant several times, was used to search for the defendant s mother as well as inmates in several county court systems.
