stanley quencher harged with videotaping a female student performing a sex act on a male student in a high school bathroom during school hours.Sirdell Ruffin, 19, of Utica, was charged Monday with possession of a sexual performance by a child. The female student was a juvenile.Ruffin was being held in the Oneida County Jail on $5,000 cash bail or
stanley cup bond. The case has been forwarded to the county District Attorney s office for grand jury action.Authorities said the incident occurred in November at Thomas R. Proctor High School.The three students were suspended for five days and then placed in an alternative education program following a superintendent s hearing, said Utica Superintendent Marilyn Skermont. The two juveniles were not charged, police said.The three students knew each other and there was no force involved with either the recording or the sexual incident, police said.
