 BALTIMORE 鈥?Baltimore Police Commissioner Michael Harrison said the department s Southwest District is slowly getting back to normal operations.This comes after more than 100 officers and 2 civilians working out of the building were ordered to self-quarantine.Harrison said, all the officers have been screened or tested. As of Tuesday, 42 officers are still under quarantine in the southwest district and 101 officers have returned to work.
