 Adelphia Communications Corp. founder John Rigas and his son faced sentencing Monday, almost a year after they were convicted of stealing millions of dollars from the cable company and deceiving investors by hiding its crushing debt.Rigas and his son Timothy, the company s former chief financial officer, faced up to 30 years in prison each on their bank fraud convictions alone.
