The European Space Agency  ESA  hopes to set a launch date for the long-delayed Ariane 6 rocket  after it completes a series of tests in October. Ariane 6 completed a hot fi stanley thermos mug re test on Friday at the German aerospace agencys test centre in Lampo stanley cup ldshausen, Germany, ESA announced on Monday. During the test, engineers fired up the rockets Vinci upper stage engine, powered by a cryogenic mixture of liquid oxygen and hydrogen, for 11 minutes and went through the sequence of operations that will take place during its first mission. The last of a series of tests is set to take place on October 3, after which ESA hopes to be able to announce a launch date for Ariane 6 that will likely take place in 2024.      The tests are looking really good,  ESA Director General Josef Aschbacher said during a press briefing on Monday.  I think the chances, if everything goes perfect, are stanley water jug  pretty good that its not too late in the next year, but there are still a lot of unknowns ahead of us.  Things, however, have not always gone perfect for Ariane 6. The inaugural flight of Ariane 6 has been in the works for a long time. The heavy-lift rocket was originally slated for launch in 2020 and later in 2022 but its debut was pushed back to late 2023 due to technical challenges and again to 2024.  The CDC had been looking into the mysterious 38-case E. coli outbreak, which had spread across 20 states, since it began last December. On Tuesday, General Mills announced a voluntary recall of 10 million pounds of flour, after the CDCs interviews turned up an underlying theme of raw dough or batter eaten right before people got sick.     At the time, it was merely a strong suspicion that the outbreak had started somewhere in one of their factories. Now, though the FDA has managed to trace back the outbreak to just one General Mills flour factory in Kansas City where the contamination took place during the course of one week in Nov stanley thermos ember 2015. If it was only one factory over one week, howe stanley cup ver, why is the outbreak on such a massive scale鈥攊n terms of both number of cases and pounds recalled  The answer to that question has a lot to do with how we use flour. Flour is shelf-stable and used only a few cups at a time. That means that the flour we buy one day is likely to still be hanging around our cupboards months later. Even more problematic for this outbreak, flour isnt something that tends to stay in its packaging. Its pretty common to transfer flour from its bag to another container鈥攁nd then to just keep topping off that container when things get low. Usually, thats no problem but, if just one of those bags is contaminated with E. coli, the whole container  and every subsequent bag you pour into it  is also now contaminated. The FDA is continuing to investigate just how t kubki stanley he E.
