Because The Hunger Games movies have made a ton of money, sometimes they get written off as basic young adult crap. Which is unfortunate because they are certainly not defined by any one thing. Yes, theres a bit of that innocence to them but more than that, theyre solid films with interesting themes about politics, the media, bigotry and a ton of other social issues. Theres even an argument to be made that each film has been better than the last. With this final film though, I expect some of those themes will be pushed to the background for an epic action adventure. Thats what this trailer suggest anyway.
